  • NetSupport Manager Remote Access Software Helps Bob Drake Reproductions Improve Efficiency Of Desktop Support

    Bob Drake Reproductions specialize in the manufacture of parts for vintage Ford’s. What was once a one-man garage has grown to the point where today there are 3 workshops spread across the town of Grant’s Pass, Oregon.

    As IT Director Darius Englen explains, the multi-site nature of the organization caused many logistical issues for his support team; “More time was being spent on travelling between workshops than actually fixing the problem.
